The Dejected Stepsisters is made up of two good friends who love to write and recently discovered that they love to write with each other. Firstly there is Laci, who is Tsuki's better half. She loves her brotherly love, angst, torture, tragedy, and all that dark miscellany, provided of course that everything ends well. Tsuki loves her unhealthy age gaps and does not have quite the appreciation for brotherly love that Laci does, but does note that she finds herself shipping two people that happen to be related unnaturally often. She also enjoys making her characters suffer, but she could care less if things ended in tears and misery. Mostly because she is bitter. She is a bitter, bitter woman, because her favorite character has been dead for over three hundred chapters, and time does not heal her wounds. It only serves to aggravate them. Currently, we are working on our pilot fic, Next to Nothing, which is a Sasuke-centric AU of Shippuden. We're not huge fans of recent developments in the plot, and some of us (okay, just Tsuki) have been less than happy with how some things have been handled (*cough*Suigestu freaking grave-robbing Zabuza*cough*) and so we devised an alternate resolution to the events of pre-Shippuden. | |

Title: Next to Nothing Warnings: Boy-love, spoilers up to the recent manga chapters, and complex plot. Rating: PG-13 Characters: Sasuke-centric, with heapings of supporting cast. Kind of like the current manga. Only not. Pairings: Mainly NaruSasu with eventual ItaSasu. Summary: In a world where Naruto defeated Sasuke at the Valley of the End and brought him back to the village, everything was supposed to get better. However, nothing has, and they find themselves slipping down a steady downward spiral. Three years later, certain truths come to light that may become their saving grace, but could just as easily destroy them all. [chapters] one // two ~♥~ Title: Finding Home Warnings: Boy-love, brotherly love, spoilers up to the recent manga chapters involving the Uchiha, non-con, angst. Rating: NC-17 Characters: Primarily Sasuke and Itachi. Pairings: Mainly SasuIta with eventual ItaSasu. Summary: Sasuke has grown up knowing the truth about the clan massacre, but nothing has been made better for it. Rather than abandoning the village, Itachi has spent the last eight years of his life in ANBU. When he is suddenly discharged, he and Sasuke are forced to pick up life where they left off, but nothing is the same anymore. This is a story of the fine line between love and hate, of atonement, and of desperately trying to find your way back home. Unable to handle the idea of his revenge being stolen from him, Sasuke confronts his brother and stumbles upon a great deal more than he bargained for.
